Pole Choreography
Learn floor+pole combos and transitions, try to do any variations.
Create your own choreo using combos you’ve learnt and
dance it on different music tracks, changing the character of the choreo.
Improvisation and creativity are welcomed!

Dancing Acrobatics
Learn basic acrobatic moves, different acrobatic and dancing moves on the floor. Combine the moves you’ve learnt in a sequence and create your own low flow choreo.

- Recommended:knee pads, socks, outfit which covers the body
